History

William Natale – now known as The Psycho — was selling cars in 1982 when he involved himself in the financial aspect of the industry. During this time, “special financing” (sub prime) for consumers with bad credit (sub prime) was just starting. Credit scoring was new and didn’t have any effect on a loan.

Natale began working in Credit Repair, as it was called back then. He developed a passion for reading, understanding, and tinkering with this own credit reports. He soon noticed the great demand of loans for people with poor credit and realized he had valuable services to offer. Soon after, Natale quit the auto business and started his first company, Fresh Start Credit Consulting. Having been re-named as Cred-Ex Consulting more recently, Natale is still active in the credit reporting world. He lives in the Tri-State Area.
